How to Make Mango Graham Dessert

One of my favorite desserts is mango graham cake. It is a no-bake fruit cake made of only four ingredients. You only need whipping cream, condensed milk, graham crackers, and ripe mangoes. Easy to make, delicious and everybody loves it. 

This is how to make mango graham cake dessert.

1. Whipped your cream until it creates a peak

2. Add condensed milk and fold, don't over-mix.

3. Start layering your mango graham cake. Begin with cream and milk mixture at the bottom, graham crackers, cream and milk mixture, and mangoes, and repeat until all ingredients have been used or you filled your container to the brim.

Like so. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Philippine mangoes are the best in summer. If you are outside of the Philippines, try to find the sweetest mangoes you can get your hands on in the country you are in. Since I am in Dubai, mangoes from Yemen were what I found.
